EcoWave Energy

Case 01 / 04

Problem

EcoWave Energy had a strong proposition — smart, sustainable energy that gives homeowners and businesses clearer insight, greater efficiency and full control over their usage — but no visual identity to carry it. To launch credibly in the clean-energy space, the brand needed a complete, consistent system, not just a logo.

Solution

We built the identity from the essence out — Insight, Efficiency, Sustainability. A sunburst brandmark with a central energy spark signals clean, renewable power and forward movement; a refined teal wordmark pairs it with trust and clarity. We locked a teal-and-solar-yellow palette, typography, iconography and photography into a full guideline document, then extended the system into social templates and promotional films so the brand launches looking like one thing everywhere.

Result

EcoWave Energy launched with a cohesive visual identity end to end — a distinctive mark, a documented system any partner can apply correctly, and motion content ready for paid social and the product page. The brand now reads as modern, trustworthy and unmistakably itself across digital, print and video.

Problem

Sri Lanka had no true peer-to-peer vehicle rental marketplace — PickMe owns ride-hail, ikman is a general classified, neither owns the niche. Owners looking for passive income and travellers looking for self-drive rentals had no neutral category-defining platform to meet on.

Solution

We built the category itself: a friendly, trust-forward brand; a WordPress + Classima marketplace structured across 25 districts and seven vehicle types; a five-tier visibility model that monetises without a heavy booking engine; a Sinhala-first social system tuned to where the audience actually engages; and a topical-cluster SEO / GEO / AEO foundation engineered to out-niche higher-DA classifieds on intent queries.

Result

Sri Lanka's first dedicated peer-to-peer vehicle marketplace — branded, shipped and indexed end-to-end. Listings live across multiple districts, an automated daily publishing pipeline feeding the topical cluster, and an architecture ready to scale supply without rebuilding the foundation.

Sierra Energy Solutions

Case 03 / 04

Problem

Sierra Energy Solutions had a strong product story — solar and renewable energy for Sri Lanka — but an inconsistent social presence. Posts varied in look, mixed languages without a system, and missed the calendar moments that drive organic reach. The brand needed a repeatable way to show up on the feed and look unmistakably like itself.

Solution

We built an occasion-led social design system: a fixed brand frame (logo lockup, blue-to-green palette, sierraenergy.lk footer band) wrapped around bold, theme-led artwork for each moment — World Science Day, Universal Children's Day, the Sinhala/Tamil and English New Year. Every post pairs a clear headline with renewable-energy imagery and locally resonant visuals, in English or Sinhala depending on the audience and occasion.

Result

A cohesive run of feed-ready creatives that read as one brand at a glance. Sierra Energy now has a plug-and-play template for any calendar moment — consistent, bilingual, and built to earn reach without starting from scratch each time.

St Luke's Medical Laboratory

Case 04 / 04

Problem

A trusted Ja-Ela medical lab serving 500+ partner doctors had no digital front door — patients and partners couldn't find services, pricing, or home-collection coverage online, and the lab was invisible on local search for high-intent queries like 'blood test Ja-Ela' or 'medical lab near me'.

Solution

We rebuilt the site from the ground up: a calm, clinical-grade UI that surfaces 24-hour reports, ISO certification and equipment specs above the fold; service-led information architecture organised around how patients actually search; a home-collection flow that maps to real service areas (Ja-Ela, Kandana, Welisara, Ragama, Wattala); and a local-SEO foundation tuned for medical search.

Result

A site that converts trust into bookings — the lab's first ranked organic presence on Colombo-area medical search, a frictionless path from 'I need a test' to 'I've booked one', and a foundation the team can extend into corporate health screening and partner doctor programmes.
